Eshita Tandon

Eshita Tandon is an articling student at DIMIC LAW where she is immersing herself in the diverse practice areas the firm offers.
With a strong academic foundation and a diverse range of legal experience, Eshita holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London, graduating with Merit. Eshita also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws (BBA LLB) (Hons) from Amity University, India, achieving First Division honors in common law.

In addition, Eshita obtained her NCA Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada and completed a Legal Research and Writing (LRW) course in Canada. Additionally, she holds certifications in Contract Law and Risk Management Systems. Eshita has authored several research papers and received distinctions for her legal dissertations during her master’s and bachelor’s studies.

Eshita’s legal career began in India, where she gained significant experience in commercial law and Intellectual Property Law and served as an Editor at a law firm.

Fluent in English and Hindi, with intermediate proficiency in Punjabi, Eshita is adept at engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, reading novels, exploring new coffee and food spots, listening to music and solving puzzles.
