Kay Penaflorida

Kay is an internationally trained lawyer with over 10 years of experience prior to migrating to Canada. She practiced corporate and commercial law, litigation, and trademarks, which trained her to analyze legal problems from both corporate and litigation points of view. Her experience also developed her legal intuition and compassion, allowing her to understand client’s concerns and providing them the best legal service they deserve.

Kay recently earned her Foreign Trained Lawyers Program Certificate from the University of Calgary, where her legal skills were enhanced and tailored to Canadian legal practice. She hopes to use her skills and experience to contribute to the firm in assisting clients with their legal concerns. 

Outside of legal practice, Kay is a fur mom to five dogs. She plays sports like table tennis, pickleball and bowling, and is currently trying her hand at golf and lawn tennis. Kay also likes cooking and baking, which she considers helpful in managing stress.
