Moremi K. Adekunle is an Associate Lawyer at Dimic Law LLP, where she maintains a versatile practice that spans real estate, wills and estates, estate litigation, civil litigation, corporate/commercial law, and family law. She is known for her strong advocacy skills, practical judgment, and ability to deliver clear, strategic advice tailored to each client’s needs.
Moremi brings a global perspective to her work. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017 and practised in the areas of intellectual property and international real estate before relocating to Canada. She later completed her LL.M. in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, building a strong foundation that supports her multi-disciplinary practice today.
Prior to joining Dimic Law, Moremi articled at MerGen Law LLP, where she gained significant experience across a wide range of files, including real estate transactions, estate matters, corporate work, and litigation. Her ability to manage complex files, navigate tight timelines, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders quickly set her apart as a reliable and solutions-oriented practitioner.
At Dimic Law, Moremi assists clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning and probate applications, contested estate matters, corporate structuring and share transactions, business purchases, contract disputes, parenting and support matters, and general civil litigation. Her broad experience allows her to identify risks early, provide practical guidance, and move files forward efficiently and confidently.
